Unnecessary Bans Of Lead Fishing-Tackle In Massachusetts

Throughout the past month or so I have been doing research for an article on the ban of lead fishing-tackle in Massachusetts. I have uncovered a lot of information that support my belief that this ban is unnecessary and that changes should be made.
